It's that special time again; Nike Total have released the T90 Laser II. The follow up to well-acclaimed T90 Laser. Nike also claims that with the New T90 Laser II, you're taking your game to the "next level" I was skeptical at first because I'm a loyal fan to my Adidas Predators. Nonetheless, I decided to give them a try. First off, the T90 Laser II is wickedly priced at a 150 bucks.
Those boots left my wallet in the intensive care unit. You better believe I was expecting these soccer boots to live up their over-hype. I tried them on for the first time at a pick-up game with friends at some creepy old soccer field. They were assuringly comfortable.
They kept me light on my feet. Another cool thing I noticed were these rubber-looking rings laced throughout the boots. They're like signature Precision rings that you help you control and trap the ball more easily.
Like when my friend Benedict lobbed the ball to me, I chested the ball and brought it down to the side of my foot. I noticed how the ball delicately clinged on to my foot. I could trap the ball with nice touches despite the hard passes Kwame gave me. The new Lasers don't even put the ball too far out in space whenever I do a knock on the ball.
What really impressed me was the newest addition to the Laser II. The SweetSpot shot mechanism on theinside foot of the boots. It helps with accurate placement shots with enough power to score. They also help you make better crosses and passes.
It brought a smile to my face when I curved the ball over Sam, slotted it past him and blasted the ball from 42 yards out into the roof of the goal. I played so well, I would have given Cristiano Ronaldo a run for his money.
The loyal attachment to my old Predators instantly disappeared as I threw them out the next day. Overall, the T90 Laser II is amazing and I recommend it to all attacking role players. You'll be taking to your game to the next level should you be playing on the second floor of a two-storey building.
